These files CANNOT be sent via email or text. To get a file to your phone, simply download straight to your phone OR download to desktop and then airdrop to your phone if you have a Mac and an iPhone. Mobile download can be more confusing so there is a "how to" video on the main client page (back one).

Downloading on desktop should be straight forward but please reach out with questions!
